I work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school age children, teenagers and adults with a variety of life stories and experiences.

That is a great question! Each individual and family situation is different, but after the first meeting, I will have a better idea of your goals and the estimated amount of time it will take to reach those goals.
As a therapist, are you going to tell me (my family) what to do?

I won’t tell you what to do but will support you as you explore your options and change unhealthy patterns.
What happens in the first session?
When you arrive for your initial free consultation, please have a seat in the waiting room. At your appointment time, I will greet you and invite you into a confidential therapy room. I will then invite you to share you or your family’s story and will help you articulate why you are seeking help at this time.
